The firm established in 2010 by partners Joe Beirne and Wade Wise unite two well respected auctioneers, valuers and estate agents, who have a combined 50 years experience in the property industry.

Wade Wise MIAVI ASCSI has worked in the property industry for over 28 years. Wade was formerly managing director of Savills Residential (previously HOK Residential) in Dublin from 2000 to 2009.

Joe Beirne MSCSI MRICS has worked in the Dublin property market for 23 years, a former partner in Sherry FitzGerald Lewis Beirne from 2001 to 2009.

Both Joe & Wade have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the changing face of the residential property market in the last 25 years. This expertise will allow Beirne & Wise to deliver an exceptional “hands on” service with an emphasis on sound advice and delivering results.

 

Jacqui Tallon ASCSI  has a wealth of property knowledge and experience in both on and off market house sales.

Jacqui has worked in the South Dublin property market for the last 17 years with an enviable track record. Jacqui previously worked for Sherry FitzGerald as a Director.

 

Marilyn McKey MIEA has worked in the South Dublin property market for many years, having previously worked for Savills (Blackrock) and more recently DNG (Stillorgan).
