We had a difficult time with our property as we were in a chain, the issue was never with Beirne and Wise who were selling our house. The issues were with the property we were purchasing which lead to delays, loss of our sale and other problems. Throughtout the entire process we found Wade very helpful, he helped us to stay calm and we relied on his expertise and advice which ultimatley worked out well for us. Hopefully we won't be moving again but if we were I would absolutely use Beirne & Wise again and would happily recommend them to anybody who's looking to sell.
