The sale period from viewing to sale agreed was very short - confirming their knowledge of a locality and type of property. Closing is always "tricky" - but the Agency did everything to increase transaction speed, eliminate natural worries about a transaction, and from its experience and honest and professional assessment of the probability's of a property final sale.
